THIS JACKET SHOUTS OUT QUALITY.
Here are the measurements:
Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom, inc collar) - 29.5 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 21 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 25.5 inches
Armpit to cuff - 18 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 23 inches
Suggested size - 42 inches
Please read the measurements carefully to check if it will fit you but we think it will fit a chest size of around 40-42 inches. The manufacturer's label shows the size as UK 46 inches/European size 56 but it's very small for it's labelled size - please use our measurements/suggested size.
There are velcro fastened 'pockets' on the lining at the back, shoulders and elbows/forearms containing removable protectors. The jacket also has built in padding at the shoulders and elbows/forearms and there are padded panels built into the back of the waist.
The jacket is predominantly black, with blue, silver and white trim. The 'Akito Apollo Plus' logo is displayed at the top of the left sleeve.
There is a slanted zipped pocket at the front as well as 2 leather trimmed inside pockets, 1 with zip.
There are zips on the wrists.
There is a short zip at the back of the waist with which the jacket could be attached to trousers.
All of the zips are good quality YKK zips and all work well.
There is a strap at the neck and an adjustable strap with buckle at the waist at the front, both with velcro. The fastening for the velcro has come away from the leather neck strap in one corner, please see photos. The strap is still usable.
The leather is elasticated at the waist at the sides.
The jacket has a quilted black lining with leather panels under the arms.
