Here are the measurements:
Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom, inc collar) - 27 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 19.5 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 24.5 inches
Armpit to cuff - 18 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 22 inches
Suggested size - 40-42 inches
Please read the measurements carefully to check if it will fit you but we think it will fit a chest of around 40-42 inches, depending on the position in which the zip is fastened. The maker's label shows the size as UK & US 44 inches/European size 54 but our measurements suggest it is small for its labelled size, so please use our suggested sizes.
There is a velcro fastened 'pocket' on the lining for a back protector (not included). There is built in light padding at the shoulders, elbows and back of the waist.
4 zipped pockets at the front - 2 horizontal pockets at the waist with 2 vertical pockets just above them - and 2 leather trimmed pockets inside the jacket, 1 with zip.
Adjustable fit (main zip fastens in either of 2 different positions).
There is a strap with 2 stud fasteners at the neck and an adjustable strap with buckle on each side at the waist.
Short attachment zip at the back of the waist (to attach the jacket to trousers).
All of the zips are good quality zips and all work well, as do the studs.
The jacket has a quilted black lining. There is some slight damage to the lining along the seam at the top of the right sleeve, as pictured, just for a couple of inches.
