Here are the measurements:
Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom, inc collar) - 25.5 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 19 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 25 inches
Armpit to cuff - 17 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 22.5 inches
Suggested size - 38-40 inches
This is a woman's jacket. Please read the measurements carefully to check if it will fit you but we think it will fit a chest/bust of around 38-40 inches (about the same as a UK size 16), depending on the position in which the zip is fastened. There is no maker's size label on the jacket.
There is quite substantial built in padding at the shoulders, elbows/forearms and back of the waist. There are velcro fastened 'pockets' on the lining for back, shoulder & elbow armour (not included).
There are 4 zipped air vents - 1 on each side on the chest and 2 more at the back. The sleeves are partly made from breathable black kevlar and the jacket has a breathable black lining.
Adjustable fit (main zip fastens in either of 2 different positions).
There are 2 zipped vertical pockets at the waist and 2 leather trimmed pockets with velcro fastening inside the jacket.
There is a strap with velcro at the neck and an adjustable velcro strap with buckle at the waist.
There are zips on the wrists and stud fastened straps on the cuffs. Please note that the fastener for the stud on the right cuff strap is now missing, see photos.
There is a short attachment zip at the back of the waist (with which to attach the jacket to trousers).
All of the zips are good quality zips and all work well.
