THIS JACKET SHOUTS OUT QUALITY.
Here are the measurements:
Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom, inc collar) - 28.5 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 20.5 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 27 inches
Armpit to cuff - 19 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 23.5 inches
Suggested size - 42-44 inches
Please read the measurements carefully to check if it will fit you, but we think it will fit a chest size of around 42-44 inches, depending on the position in which the zip is fastened. The manufacturer's label confirms the size as 44 inches.
There is built in padding at the shoulders, elbows/forearms and back of the waist. There are velcro fastened 'pockets' on the lining for additional protectors (not included) at the back, shoulders and elbows/forearms.
There are 4 large zipped air vents - 1 on each side on the chest and 2 more at the back of the jacket.
There are 2 zipped pockets at the waist and another inside.
Adjustable fit (main zip fastens in either of 2 different positions).
There is a strap with velcro at the neck (this can be fastened under the collar if preferred, as pictured).
Please note that the waist strap is now missing or has been removed, see photos.
There are zips on the wrists.
There is a short attachment zip at the back of the waist with which the jacket could be attached to trousers.
All of the zips are good quality zips and all work well.
The leather is elasticated behind the sleeves, down the sides of the jacket and at the sides of the waist, so will stretch a little if needed in these areas.
The jacket has a breathable black lining. There is a small hole in the lining, near the attachment zip.
