Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom) - 30.5 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 18 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 24.5 inches
Armpit to cuff - 17 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 22 inches
Suggested size - 43 inches
Please read the measurements to check if it will fit you, but we think it will fit a chest size of 42-44 inches. The manufacturer's label confirms the size as 43 inches/110 cm, short fit.
THIS IS A SUPERB VINTAGE CHESTER BARRIE DESIGNED BESPOKE ENGLISH-MADE PURE WOOL JACKET, IN EXCELLENT CONDITION - VERY SMART BLUE/GREY COLOUR. QUITE A LIGHTWEIGHT JACKET, IDEAL FOR SPRING/SUMMER.
The jacket is fastened by 2 buttons.
There are 2 pockets at the front as well as a left breast pocket. There are also 3 inside pockets.
There are 3 non-functional buttons on each of the cuffs.
There is a double vent at the rear of the jacket.
The smooth silky blue viscose lining and the pocket linings are in superb condition. The sleeves have a plain white lining.
The overall condition is excellent - looks as if it has hardly been worn.
Tailored in England by AUSTIN REED from pure new wool, to a CHESTER BARRIE design. The label shows that the jacket was made to measure in 1982.
