THIS JACKET SHOUTS OUT QUALITY.
Here are the measurements:
Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom) - 29.5 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 21 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 25.5 inches
Armpit to cuff - 17.5 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 23 inches
Suggested size - 42 inches
Please read the measurements to check if it will fit you, but we think it will fit a chest size of around 40-42 inches, depending on the position in which the zip is fastened. The maker's label shows the size as 46 inches but its considerably smaller than this according to our measurements - please use our suggested sizes.
The jacket has built-in padding, including at the back, shoulders, elbows/forearms and back of the waist. There are velcro fastened 'pockets' on the lining containing removable shoulder protectors. There are similar pockets for elbow/forearm protectors (not supplied).
There are 4 zipped pockets at the front as well as 2 leather trimmed inside pockets, 1 with zip (there are openings in the thermal lining to allow access to the inside pockets).
There is a strap with velcro at the neck and an adjustable velcro strap with buckle on each side at the waist.
There are zips on the wrists.
There is a short zip at the back of the waist with which the jacket could be attached to a pair of biker trousers.
The main zip can be fastened in either of two different places, so you can use the one that fits you best.
All of the zips are good quality YKK zips and all work well.
The sleeves are part made from kevlar.
The leather is elasticated down the sides of the jacket.
As stated above, the jacket comes with an additional quilted black lining, which zips into place.
