THIS JACKET SHOUTS OUT QUALITY.
Here are the measurements:
Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom, inc collar) - 27 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 21.5 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 26 inches
Armpit to cuff - 18 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 22.5 inches
Suggested size - 40-42 inches
Please read the measurements carefully to check if it will fit you but we think it will fit a chest size of around 40-42 inches. The manufacturer's label shows the size as 44 inches but its small for its labelled size, please use our suggested sizes.
There is built-in quilted light padding at the shoulders, elbows and back of the waist.
The Sportex brand name appears on the leather at the front at the waist.
There are 4 zipped pockets at the front - 2 horizontal pockets at the waist with 2 vertical pockets just above them - as well as a leather trimmed inside pocket with velcro fastening.
There is a strap at the neck with 2 stud fasteners, and there is an adjustable strap with buckle at the waist on each side. The neck strap can be fastened under the collar when the jacket is worn with the collars turned down.
There are zips on the wrists. Part of the original zipper is now missing from the zip on the right wrist, as pictured. The zip still works as intended.
There is a short zip fastening at the back of the waist with which the jacket could be attached to trousers.
All of the zips are good quality YKK zips and all work well, as do the studs.
The jacket has striped black lining with leather panels under the arms.
Very good overall condition.
Made by Sportex, this style is known as a B5 jacket.
