Fastened by a zip, with velcro at the top and an adjustable velcro strap with buckle at the waist, and zips at the bottom of the legs.

 There is built in light padding at the hips and knees. 

2 x zipped slanted pockets at the front.

There is a breathable black textile material at the back of the knees and the black lining is breathable.

There is a short zip fastening at the back of the waist with which the trousers could be attached to a jacket.
