THIS JACKET SHOUTS OUT QUALITY.
Here are the measurements:
Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom) - 27 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 22 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 25 inches
Armpit to cuff - 18 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 22 inches
Suggested size - 40 inches
Please read the measurements to check if it will fit you, but we think it will fit a chest size of 40 inches. The manufacturer's label confirms the size as 50 - this is the European size 40 inch chest UK size.
The jacket comes with removable protectors at the back, shoulders and elbows/forearms (these are padding, not CE armour), held in velcro fastened 'pockets' on the lining. It can be fitted with Hiprotec CE armour, which is available to buy separately). There is also some padding built into the back of the waist.
The jacket is coloured turquoise, silver, white, black and orange. The Gericke brand name is displayed on the back of the collar, with 'Pro Sports' on the forearms and across the back of the jacket, and there are Pro Sports logos at the tops of the sleeves (together with 3M Scotchlite reflectors) and at the back of the waist.
There are 2 zipped slanted pockets at the waist and 2 leather trimmed inside pockets with stud fasteners.
There is a velcro fastened strap at the waist.
There are zips on the wrists.
This jacket does not have an attachment zip (to enable the jacket to be attached to a pair of biker trousers) as it has been removed by the previous owner.
All of the zips are good quality YKK zips and all work well.
Some of the leather (on the chest and at the back of the shoulders) is perforated for breathability.
The leather is elasticated above the elbows and at the waist at the sides.
The jacket has a black polyamide lining. There are leather panels on the lining under the arms.
Very good overall condition.
