Will fit a waist of around 28 inches. The maker's label shows the size as 48 (this is the European size). The waistband is largely made from an elasticated textile material, so will stretch a little if required.
SUPERB QUALITY LEADING BRAND LEATHER BIKER TROUSERS WITH REMOVABLE CE HIP & KNEE PROTECTORS.
The 'Gericke' brand name is displayed just above the left knee, where there is also a 3M Scotchlite reflector.
The trousers are fastened by a zip, with metal clasp at the waist, zips at the bottom of the legs and velcro straps at the ankles.
Comes with removable CE Hiprotec Comfort protectors at the knees, held inside the lining with Hein Gericke Snap System fasteners (there are velcro fastened openings in the lining at the bottom of the legs to allow access to these) and at the hips, held in 'pockets' the lining.
There are 2 pockets at the front.
The leather is elasticated at the back of the waist and above the knees.
There is a breathable textile material at the back of the legs from the knees down (maker's label says 90% waterproof leather/10% polyamide).
There is a full length zip and a short zip fastening with which the trousers could be attached to a jacket.
All of the zips are good quality YKK zips and all work well.
The trousers have a black polyamide lining. There is a tear along the central seam of the lining, as pictured.
