THIS JACKET SHOUTS OUT QUALITY.
Here are the measurements:
Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom, inc collar) - 28.5 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 22 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 28 inches
Armpit to cuff - 18.5 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 22.5 inches
Suggested size - 40-42 inches
Please read the measurements carefully to check if it will fit you but we think it will fit a chest size of around 40-42 inches, depending on the position in which the zip is fastened. The manufacturer's label shows the size as 44 inches but it's small for a 44 - please use our measurements/suggested size.
There is quite substantial built in padding at the elbows/forearms and a lesser amount at the shoulders and back of the waist.
There are 2 zipped pockets at the waist - a slanted pocket on the left and a vertical pocket on the right - as well as 2 leather trimmed inside pockets with zips.
The Lion brand name is displayed on the leather on the chest on the left.
There is a strap with popper at the neck.
There are zips on the wrists.
There is a short zip at the back of the waist with which the jacket could be attached to trousers.
All of the zips are good quality YKK zips and all work well. The main zip can be fastened in either of 2 different positions, so you can use the one that fits you best.
The leather is elasticated behind the sleeves and down the sides of the jacket.
The jacket has a quilted black warm Thinsulate 3MM thermal lining, imprinted with the Lion brand name/logo.
