Here are the measurements:
Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom, inc collar) - 25.5 inches
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 21.5 inches
Shoulder to cuff - 26 inches
Armpit to cuff - 19 inches
Chest (measured flat on outside) - 22 inches
Suggested size - 40-42 inches
Please read the measurements carefully to check if it will fit you before you buy, but we think it will fit a chest of around 40-42 inches. The maker's label shows the size as European size 52, equivalent to a UK 42 inch chest. It's quite a snug fit for a 42" jacket though.
A SUPERB QUALITY LEATHER BIKER JACKET DATING APPROXIMATELY FROM THE 1980'S - STRIKING BLACK, RED & CREAM COLOURED DESIGN.
The jacket has built-in padding at the shoulders & elbows/forearms. There is a 'pocket' on the lining with a removable foam padded back protector, held in a 'pocket' on the lining.
There are 2 leather trimmed inside pockets, 1 with zip.
There are zips on the wrists.
There is a long zip at the back of the waist with which the jacket could be attached to trousers.
All of the zips are good quality zips and all work well. As you can see in the photos, the main zip has lost its original zipper but the zip still works as intended.
The Uvex brand name is displayed at the top of the left sleeve.
There are straps with 2 stud fasteners at the neck and waist.
The leather is perforated under and behind the arms, and at the inside of the elbows for ventilation.
The jacket has a breathable black polyamide lining. There are leather panels on the lining under the arms.
Very good overall condition.
